1. Who we are
Wixfit AI is a trading name of J Wilkins, registered at 2 Quin Court, Braughing, SG11 2PY, United Kingdom. References to "Wixfit AI", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean J Wilkins trading as Wixfit AI.

2. The service
Wixfit AI provides subscription-based access to third-party AI language models (including but not limited to Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek and Kimi) through a shared credit wallet and API. Credits are consumed each time you make a request to a model and are deducted at rates published on our website.
We act as a reseller of access to these models. We do not own or operate the underlying AI models. Model availability, behaviour and output may change without notice, subject to the terms of each upstream provider.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to use Wixfit AI. By registering you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your chosen plan renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT at the checkout stage.
We reserve the right to change plan pricing on 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. API keys — no sharing, no third-party use
Your API key(s) are issued solely for your own use. You must not share, publish, sell, sublicence or otherwise distribute your API key(s) to any third party. You must not use the service to build a product or service that resells or re-exposes Wixfit AI access to other end-users without our prior written consent.
Each API key issued to you is personal and non-transferable. If we reasonably believe your key has been shared or misused, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund. Repeated or wilful abuse may result in legal action to recover losses.
You are solely responsible for all requests made using your API key(s), regardless of whether those requests were made by you directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wixfit AI to:
- generate, store or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls or any security measure;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying model weights or infrastructure;
- use automated means to probe, scrape or stress-test the service beyond normal API usage;
- violate the acceptable-use policies of any upstream AI model provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service ("Input") and any output generated in response ("Output"). You grant us a limited licence to process your Input solely to provide the service.
We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before acting on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the service until that date.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law or an upstream provider.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in the UK you may also have rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, which these Terms do not seek to limit.
